Picpoul de Pinet is a crisp dry white that's good to have around for picnics, lunch and other light fare. It's subdued but has pleasant flavors of apple and pear. It comes from the Languedoc region in the south of France.
Usually very difficult to find in the PLCB system, this one is available in small quantities at 8705 Germantown, Franklin Mills, and at 12th and Chestnut.
