This is a really lovely blend of Sauvignon Blanc (25%), Sémillon (25%), Ugni Blanc (25%) and Colombard (25%). Minerality, tropical fruit, and a nice medium weight that held up well to our roast butternut squash with thyme on pasta.
Fresh and refreshing, this is delicious now, and will be even better come spring and summer. Plenty still left in Center City and the Main Line; we're running out to buy more.
