Add Gruner Veltliner to the list of wines that pair well with Ma Po Tofu. This one had lots of grapefruit flavor and a good amount of minerality. (Yes, Hoegaarden also works.)
Gruner Veltliner is such a great Austrian wine, we'd love to seem more of it offered as a Chairman's Selection. This was "highly recommended" by Dave DeSimone in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review. (Why does Pittsburgh have a wine column and Philly doesn't?)
