We remembered Framingham Sauvignon Blanc as being very grassy and vegetal, which is why we pulled a bottle out of the wine fridge to pair with this recipe for ‘Bouillabaisse’ of Fresh Peas With Poached Eggs. The wine still had the strong aromas and full flavors we remembered from 9 months ago and paired really well with this delicious dish.
Pretty much none left. Hope you bought some of this last summer when we told ya, and hope you stored it in a cool, dark place.
